Registration

Fees include the publication of a maximum of one paper per registration on the dedicated issue of Springer Book Series on Structural Integrity (https://link.springer.com/series/15775).
At least one of the authors of the abstract must register and attend the conference to present the work. To get your conference paper accepted and published in Springer Book Series on Structural Integrity, at least one of the authors must register and pay before 31.05.2027

Please complete the electronic registration form (to be provided) to register for the conference. Each participant, including authors, must pay the corresponding registration fee.

Early Bird Delegate: 650 Euro
Early Bird Student: 350 Euro
After May 17, 2027
Delegate: 750 Euro
Student: 450 Euro

SPFIE, GEF and ESIS members are entitled to a 50 euro discount

Registration fees include presenting and publishing one paper on the dedicated issue of Springer Book Series on Structural Integrity, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner, and reception. Please note that you need to make your registration for the optional Conference Tour on September 4th.

Each supplementary presentation/paper will imply a fee increase of 80 euros.

Cancellation Policy 
A written notification should be sent to the conference chairman in case of cancellation. If it is received before April 15, 2027, registration fees will be refunded with a € 100 deduction. No refund can be made after April 15, 2027.

Payment of Conference Fee 
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or credit card.
